Robert responded almost immediately when I tested him. We spoke to help him understand my issue and how he could beat help. I sent Robert a picture and he immediately knew what was keeping our car from cranking. His knowledge and suggestion over the phone saved me hundreds of dollars and fixed our car immediately.
