Robert is an amicable businessman that replied to me immediately with my problem and was able to setup an appointment quickly. Fixed our initial key and programmed a new one that costs less than getting a new one from Nissan. Nissan setting up one key was quoted at 400+ DOLLARS. Robert did it for less and in quicker time. When the initial key he bought couldn’t be programmed, he apologized, and got one within a few days and had that one programmed the day he notified me it came in.
There’s a reason he has a 4.9 rating, have faith in this guy to get you right. If I ever have another key problem while in Charlotte, I’m going to you sir.
Truthfully, I don't know how Robert does it. He is so quick to get back to any text or call, and his work is always top-notch. There is no other locksmith I would want to use, nor any other locksmith whom could come close to Robert's level of service & quality. I have called on him for business needs multiple times, and he has always exceeded expectations. Personally, if I ever need a Locksmith, Robert @ CLT Locksmith is that guy!
