I misplaced my ONLY set of keys to my vehicle and was in turmoil for a day trying to find them (misplaced in my house).I googled locksmiths and saw that the business was local.I messaged Robert and he got back to me within 10 minutes and was at my house in about 25.Prompt, professional and courteous!I definitely recommend Robert and Charlotte Locksmith's services!

Robert responded almost immediately when I tested him. We spoke to help him understand my issue and how he could beat help. I sent Robert a picture and he immediately knew what was keeping our car from cranking. His knowledge and suggestion over the phone saved me hundreds of dollars and fixed our car immediately.

Robert was so professional and personable, his expertise put me at ease and his knowledge of car mechanics helped us beyond the new key and reprogramming. I will definitely refer him to everyone !!
