Kari did an awesome job cleaning our upholstery. She listened to my concerns, offered advice and all around did a through cleaning of two sofas, chair, ottoman. She was efficiant courteous and informative. We have used Stanley Steemer on 3 occasions since October, 2025 for carpetr cleaning and floor cleaning, and we have been very pleased each time.

First time user. The office staff was great when I called and made my appointment. I was able to get one in a day. Malcolm was the tech and he arrived on time with notice. He explained his process, answered all questions, and made sure we were comfortable with what he was going to do. He went about his tasks quickly and efficiently. He made sure we were satisfied with his work. And we even bought some product from him. I I recommend the service from the Hampstead Stanley steemer, and especially Malcolm McNeary.

WOW!!! I never expected my old hardwood floors to look so good without refinishing them! The floors are absolutely beautiful again and at only a fraction of the cost of refinishing. Stanley Steamer was the best choice i could have made. Fransisco and Jamal came in and went straight to work. They were both very courteous and professional. They took great care of my furniture and did not mind answering my questions. Francisco and Jamal went above and beyond in every way possible!
