Tommy and Matt were amazing in handling an emergency water leak we discovered early in the process of onboarding a new rental property! They were very responsive, easy to work with and went above and beyond to communicate every aspect of the water extraction, damage assessment, and repairs needed.
Called after hours hoping to schedule an appt for a non emergency. They told me they can’t schedule non emergencies after hours and that someone would call me in the morning. I received a call at 9:02am and technician was at our home by lunch time, same day. Tommy was friendly and thorough, answering all my thousands of questions. He was honest about our problem being outside of their scope and pointed us in the right direction for next steps. Great service!
I’d give ten stars if I could! Tommy, Justin, Mike, Matt, Tristan and Madison have just been amazing. They’re quick, professional, and experienced! They definitely came through when we needed them most. Thanks again y’all!!
