Dr. Ada and Kaitlin are a great team! They helped me so much during my pregnancy that I never experienced back pain while carrying. She now gives my baby adjustments and he LOVES them! He’s only 2 months and I believe he’s in the best hands for chiropractic care.

If you are having issues with your back, hips, shoulders or any other muscles then this is the place for you. I felt better immediately after my first adjustment. I had some soreness the first day but the next morning I woke up in less pain. I went back and had another adjustment and felt even better. Also I was having congestion issues and when Dr. Ada worked on my face I immediately was able to breathe better. I highly recommend Dr. Ada. Also her staff are professional, knowledgeable and very kind.

I been going to Innate Health for over four years and it has been a great experience! Dr. Ada is so dedicated to her patients. Where most doctors just focus on the just the pain, she focuses on our over health and tackles the underlying issues. I live the next county over and she is well worth the drive!
