Great company with awesome customer service. Last year I had a large area rug and stairs cleaned and was unsatisfied but didn't say anything. Due to the low pricing, I didn't feel it was necessary to complain. Well last week Chris saw a comment I made on another post about carpet cleaning companies in the area. He messaged me and offered to come out and redo the area rug and stairs. Not only did he show up early, but he offered to do my front door rug as well (terrible shape, hand me down). Both rugs and the stairs look incredible, but moreover, I am blown away by the amazing customer service shown by Chris. Will always recommend Pro Wash from now on!
