Every time I go to Riccobene-Apex, I am so blessed with the staff. I have real dentist anxiety, as old as I am. However, I have been going here for 4 yrs and today the entire staff was different (Dr. Clark was still there). I felt anxious. I am used to Melissa as my hygienist (amazing). It started with the new front desk Office Manger (Jessica), warming, professional and inviting; then Joel the hygienist, patient, calming and considerate during the cleaning and Tabitha the dental assistant (a fill-in from the Durham Office), you would think she was right at home because she was my peace. If you are looking for a dentist office, I promise that you will not be disappointed!
Today was my first visit to Ricobene and I was very happy with the customer service and technical skills with everyone from the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and dentist. Caitlyn, my hygienist, took time to ask questions, listen to my response and answer my many questions with competence, professionalism, and warmth. She and the dentist gave me a great summary of my current dental health status and potential future likely developments that help me plan insurance options and recommendations to improve my dental hygiene.
I couldn't be more pleased with my new dental office.
No one likes going to the dentist and I wasn’t always comfortable physically in the chair but Caitlynn was awesome! She was gentle and made me laugh. She was personable and thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about what was going on with the health of my teeth. 5 star review!
