My wife and I went here yesterday and spoke with Steve. The entire process was friendly, professional, and transparent. Everything was laid out in a way that was easy to understand and what to expect from beginning to end. Could not recommend a better place to shop for your future home!

It was the first time my husband and I visited the property and we were immediately welcomed by Steve Cook. Steve was very polite and welcoming. He allowed us the opportunity to view the homes on display for ourselves and met with us afterwards to go over our likes, dislikes and concerns. Steve was able to answer all our questions but if there was something he was unsure of he made certain to verify the information and correct any mistakes. Steve was very upfront and straight forward about what the business offered and what capabilities they could or couldn’t provide. Five Stars Aren’t Enough! My husband and I have been completely overwhelmed with the process of touring modular homes—so many options, yet every one we saw seemed to be missing something important. Then, by pure luck, we stumbled across Custom Carolina Homes... and everything changed. I called and spoke with Cheley, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite it being late on a Friday evening, she managed to get us a last-minute appointment—and we’re so thankful she did!
