It was the morning of, Sunday July 7th 2024. While surf fishing, I managed to lose my keys in the surf. Parked in a North Topsail Beach paid parking lot and needing to return home from vacation that afternoon, the panic and anxiety set in. After a call with Glenn, he told me he could help me and would be there as soon as he could. Upon arrival, Glenn immediately jumped into work and within minutes he had my Toyota Highlander door open, identified the blank for the key needed, and began programming my new key. Within 30 minutes my car was running, and the Air Conditioning never felt so good! Glenn is very knowledgeable & professional and a super nice person.
