Woke up to AC unit not working, thermostat had no power and tripping the breaker did nothing. Called up All Comfort and spoke to Amanda, before she sent someone out, she stepped me through the process of clearing my drain line. A shop vac and about 30 mins later, my AC unit was working again. This locally owned company has saved us from the August heat! Our ac system stopped working and they came quick to fix it. Rob was our technician and he was very professional and friendly. He called before he came to our home to let us know when he would be here. He found the problem quick and unfortunately didn’t have the part needed to fix it that day; however, he said he would have it the next day and will be back to fix it. He did just that!!
