In May 2021 I hired Steve Roofers to repair my roof in McColl SC. Steve Roofer came out and made repairs and charged me $500. After the next rain the roof leak as before. I talk with them They said they would come back. Up to this date they have not come back or return my call There contact information is Main St, Hamlet, NC 28345 910-582-9777
Requested estimate for roof repair. Took 2 weeks to send a crew to exam damage. After I had made several request over the next couple of weeks, Steve finally gave me a verbal quote over the phone and said he would call back the next day to set up a date to do the job. That was over a week age. I called his office today and cancelled. His office staff had been very helpful and understanding but Steve has been unresponsive to my request and questions. Would not recommend Steve’s Roofing for any roofing repairs.
