wonderful instructor, every encouraging even with us older students. I'm 58 and working toward my black belt. Even though I have some physical limitations, he works with me to help me reach my goals. However, he does not just give it to me, I must be able to meet the requirements to advance. So there is no just easy pass. This is what I would expect from a true instructor.
