“My daughter and I stopped in on a whim this afternoon to see if we could do a walk-in appointment. The front desk was so sweet and asked the stylists on duty if they could fit us in. Understandably, they were busy and it didnt look like it was possible, so we thanked her for trying and started heading for the door. The owner who, unbeknownst to us, had been sitting at the front desk for the whole conversation, graciously offered to do the cut herself. My daughter had a wonderful experience and hasn't stopped talking about how much she loves her hair and how special she felt to have someone go out of their way to accommodate her.
