I'm late on posting my review but as I'm looking to have more work done and I go online to find someone that's available & does a good job, I realize how important it is to let people know the quality of the work Ivan Sawyer did for us. They built a pier, bulkhead, & boat lift for us in 2022(I think). As it is with everybody, we had a wait time, but once they got there they knocked it. They done a great job and I would use them again.
Today I went in as a come Saturday 60 year old gal and come out looking 15 years younger according to my sons and husband…..it’s been probably 10 years since my last and I didn’t like it and it was not really cut…..she did a fabulous job and I feel so much better…I left feeling like I had made a new friend as well…..if she has an opening go….you will not be disappointed…..thank you

Frank did work on my roof and completely redid my bathrooms. Instead of just fixing issues for the short term, Frank explained the importance of why fixing for the long term would be better. He sent me progress photos, he explained what was going on, why things like that happened, etc. He did a lot of work at my house and it came out absolutely beautiful with 0 issues now. I would recommend Frank to anyone, he is kind, honest and his attention to detail is top tier.
