I sit with one of my lady elders from church. She has PT 2x a week. She enjoys her "exercising" n I notice how much her posture n walking have improved. Props to Msrgaret Ann, Andy n others whom helped her! Y'all ROCK!

So far, lifestyle medicine is addressing all of my needs. I've not been their that long, but overall, I feel welcome, and my needs are addressed. Staff seems caring and friendly. If you're looking to make lifestyle changes, I would highly recommend starting here.
