Icannot sing enough praises for my Uita hairstylist Destiny. This is my first time having my hair done at Ulta and I was wary. I usually go to a high end private stylist. Well, let me tell you, Destiny was FANTASTIC! She listened to what I wanted, spent plenty of time really talking to me, showing me color swatches and matching up the two colors I wanted. She was bright, friendly, cheery, and a pleasure to chat with. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair, color, and cuts. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to start seeing her!! I went from blonde to chocolate with honey highlights and I am over the moon with the results. Amazing! Sunday, my BFFs and I decided to head over to Ulta. We were so lost and didn't know where to start until we met Madison. She was an absolute sweetheart! Madison was patient, kind and provided us with exceptional customer service. She answered all our questions and even gave us some helpful tips. Madison, thank you so much for making our day and helping us feel comfortable. You're the best!

We stopped at Ulta this evening around 6:20, and the cashier, who was slim and Hispanic, checked us out. While examining us, she was really nasty and had a bad attitude. The client service was not at all pleasant!
