The huge thing about my car is who’s washing it who’s taking care of it and will my care be bright and clean like I just got it Jalen made sure all of those things happened he reassured me thats my car will be just fine if that’s not Customer service I don’t know what is because Jalen is a top tier worker who deserves nothing but the best and I’ll most definitely will be coming back
Everything was great! Everyone was so nice and well spoken. I had workers checking in with me to make sure my experience was good which was very thoughtful. The young man, which name i believe was Jalen was exceptional! He made sure any questions or concerns were answered since this was my first time going to this type of car wash. 10/10 definitely would go again
Great experience at Whistle Express Car Wash! Jalen was friendly, the wash was quick, and my car came out spotless with no streaks. Excellent value for the price. I'll definitely be back!
