I started taking my youngest son there years ago when he was young and as an adult he still uses them. The staff have always been wonderful and professional. They are super accommodating and listen to what you want and try to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with their service. When my son was younger the staff always looked forward to seeing him come in the door because he would talk to them the whole visit about everything and he was also ticklish and it made them laugh when they'd try to trim on his neck and he'd giggled and squirm. They always made getting haircuts fun for him and so much easier for me!

The television is way too loud all the time. I am severe – profound Deaf And require hearing aids for conversation. Due to the volume of the television, I had to have a friend help me converse with the staff. I had to remove my hearing aids for the haircut (Which was expected and fine), And I could still very nearly clearly hear the television.
But aside from that, the person who cut my hair was extremely kind and asked questions to be sure that we were on the same page as to what I wanted for my hair. Going to start off by saying how welcoming it feels as soon as you walk into this location. Checking in with the app and showing up 15 minutes before I was on deck made it easy to check In. Shakera was amazing! She is the reason why I will be back at this location. I told her the incorrect hairstyle and midway through I asked for my hair to be cut shorter and she spent more time making sure it was cut to how I wanted it. I will definitely be back
