We hired smartview inspections before closing on a Dr Horton house new Construction. The report was out of imagination. Our new house had thousand of critical issues. The report helped us to address our concerns to the builder's office management

Without your truthful knowledge we would be dealing with a lot of out of pocket repairs and warranties hassles .. message to everyone who are in the process of purchasing a new house : Please get an inspection before you sing that document . It's your life time investment. Take it seriously and get an inspection.
