Had a bad experience at another nail salon on yesterday, decided to come into Polished Nails and was highly satisfied!! I walked in and was greeted with smiles & there customer service is A1! Saki was the technician who assisted me as well as Sam and I truly enjoyed there company. And S/O to Trinity’s sweet soul. I will be back! 💕
I’ve been coming here now for over a year. My girl Yolanda always does the BEST pedicures 😩😩 and she’s so kind. I just love the atmosphere at Polished. Sam does nails but I always get her to do my eyebrows cuz she’s a beast at them! When I move idk what imma do. Ig come back every month haha 😂
Love love love this place. All of the front receptionist girls/nail techs are very nice. Offer drinks, etc. The girl working up front Saturday around 4-5 has a nasty attitude though. She isn’t nice especially compared to the 2 other girls I usually see. Other than that I have zero complaints.
