I had my first visit yesterday I had a great experience from the first phone call to the time I left the appointment. They got me in the same day I called. The General Manager who got me checked in was super helpful and Friendly, The medical assistant and Dr were friendly knowledgeable and helpful and the young woman who helped me order contacts and find glasses was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning!
Loved the online registration, check-in process, visit with the optometry tech (Charlene), Dr. Kirby, and Sam. My only feedback is that the front desk should be upfront that there is a fee associated with the contact lens fitting. This is a standard at all optometry offices specifically for contact lenses, but I think it's an important reminder to give patients about their upfront costs rather than waiting til the middle or end of the visit to bring up a fitting cost that may cost over $100 (if you have astigmatism like me). Otherwise, very happy with the professionalism of the staff and ease of the visit.
DESHA was great and she helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses. Also, she was very professional and knowledgeable about all the glasses and their features. I highly recommend buying your glasses and getting an exam from myeyedr.
