Best Computer repair in Eastern North Carolina. Originally brought my gaming PC to uBreakiFix, and they had it for 7 days and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I brought it to Joras and the gentleman solved the problem in less than 30 minutes. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great service and super friendly and easy guy to deal with. I had a laptop begin to lose the screen backing, leading it to separate where the keyboard and the screen met. Of course it ended up being one week out of warranty, and Best Buy quoted me like $200+ just to do the basic diagnostics - not including parts and repair. I brought it to Joras Tech and he was able to look up the part and quote me a final price in like 5 minutes. He had it done in a week and I purposely waited a few months to leave a review. It got fixed in April and it's now almost September, I have zero issues with the laptop. 10/10 would recommend to others and would take my computer here again... read full review

I went looking for an obscure part for an old laptop. They were quick to get back to me and had the part... The only place in Greenville that would even humor me and look or sell me a used part. Thank goodness for Joras Tech! I'll be going there first from now on.
