Dr. Jock Moore is a dedicated and caring primary care doctor with a strong background in medicine. He earned his medical degree from the UNC School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Maryland, along with a sports medicine fellowship at East Carolina University. He is board certified in internal medicine. Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, he takes pride in his roots and enjoys spending time with family, supporting collegiate athletics, and hunting with his father. Patients consistently praise Dr. Moore for his attentiveness, kindness, and thorough approach. His staff is known for being friendly, professional, and accommodating, making appointments smooth and efficient from check-in to check-out. Support team members, including lab and radiology staff, are appreciated for their helpfulness and pleasant demeanor. Even when busy, Dr. Moore remains patient and attentive, ensuring patients feel cared for and respected. If he cannot help with a problem, he makes sure to find another group that can. My experiences were and have always been great. Doesn’t matter who works with you on Dr Moore’s staff they always do a great job and in a professional and friendly manner. I don’t want to get ill but if I do I’ll head to Physicians East to see Dr J. Moore.
The Physicians East staff is always great to work with. They takes the time to listen and make sure that your needs are meant. Dr Moore has always been good to work . If he cannot help me with my problems, he will always find some other group that will.
Dr. Joel Moore is the best primary Dr. He is so patient and kind. I know he is so swamped with patients, but he doesn't show it. All staff I encountered were professional and accommodating.
