Grand Palais Nails and Pedicure

I came in on a walk in and the place was very clean and calm, not cluttered and had a beautiful open floor plan which means a lot when you’ve experienced those tight table on table kind of shops. Khoi was my provider and I got a pedicure but he was doing so great I decided to get a manicure as well. I left so happy and refreshed and I really want to thank this place because I had lost hope in nail salons after going to one after another feeling ripped off and unsatisfied with the service. I really felt like I had a spa day and I wish I had found this place sooner and highly recommend them!!

Overall experience was pleasant. Everyone was friendly. The salon was clean and inviting. Moving from another state having the same nail tech for 15years, it has been a struggle to find a place that does not have extra charges. I was not expecting to be charged shellac polish removal on my toes, nor did I know it would cost $20 for shellac on my toes. Additional charge for nail trim and filing was always covered in the cost of my acrylic fill not an additional charge. I understand the design and fix of a nail. I would love to go back if I knew up front what I was being charged for. My nail technician was quiet and very nice. She did a fantastic job though.

The area was clean, staff were friendly, and services done super well. BUT let’s go beyond that. I took my daughter for her birthday. She’s young (under 5). The staff didn’t hesitate to make her feel special. Never did I once feel like we were inconveniencing them with her age. I didn’t really know what to expect, but it definitely wasn’t the patience and pure joy the staff exhibited while taking extra great care of my daughter. Ms. Mai, we cannot thank you enough!! You helped make the day so special.
