I was helped by Mr. Ernest and he was so kind and cut a new belt I had purchased in less than 3 minutes!! The gentleman in front of me was saying how great he was and how he will be coming back there for all of his needs as well. I will be coming here and sending friends and family there as well!! Thank you Mr. Ernest!!

Owner was friendly and quick on turnaround for a sole repair on my favorite dress shoes. Timeframe was as quoted and the repair was well done! Pricing seemed fair, but this was the first time I've gotten a shoe repair done, so I can't really speak to that but I will definitely return in the future.

Miracle Worker! I took a new roller bag with torn lining. After evaluation, he elected not to repair but to replace the entire lining. The lining is much higher quality and very well constructed. What a great job! Thanks for providing such terrific service.
