When we decided to pull the trigger on installing a pool, at our home in Apex NC, I was terrified of choosing the wrong pool company. I’d heard SO many horror stories. Everything from taking full payment while leading families to believe they could be swimming in the next summer season, but then they’d wait an entire year due to “delays”. Nathan and the entire crew from Elite Pools provided exceptional and professional service from start to finish. We were given a timeline and they hit every phase of the project on time if not before. Communication was excellent through the process. We couldn’t be happier and super impressed with everything. Our pool is exactly what we envisioned.
