The house I bought has been a nightmare with one break after the other. My main water line broke and another company figured it was under the slab and said to re-plumb the whole house for almost $6,000. I don’t have the money because of all the other repairs that I have had to do on this advertised “updated” house. I am a senior on social security only, so I was just going to walk away from the house. D.J. Britton came over in the afternoon and saw the leak right away!! The other company did not see it. Contacted the 24/7 line when our hot water heater line sprung a leak. An on call technician got right back to me and was at the house within the hour. Mark was professional and discovered we need a new heater. It was late Saturday but he came back with a new heater Sunday morning to install and saved the day as we had family visiting from out of state. Great service, Professional friendly service! And put our needs first! Thank you. ?

This TEAM is excellent! (Especially DJ and John)Tremendously professional and responsive. Their service providers have been with them for years and really know plumbing.
