Eastern Dermatology And Pathology provides medical services with mixed results. While some patients have been pleased, others have experienced difficulties in getting answers or returning calls. The waiting area's temperature is often kept low, leaving patients feeling cold. However, some staff members are thorough, friendly, and attentive, taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. Dr. Hutchinson and her staff is absolutely amazing, taking time to listen to your concerns and offers very professional advice and care. Dr. Proctor and Cassie are an exceedingly professional and relatable team, attentive to concerns and take the time to answer all questions. Their patient care is outstanding. Erin Hurd, NP and her assistant were always attentive to needs and concerns and their friendly demeanor made patients feel comfortable and at ease, making the experience as comfortable as possible and making patients feel reassured and confident in their care.
I’ve now seen both Lexi Delisi and Erin Hurd twice, and they have both been wonderful. They are warm, personable, attentive, and they truly listen. I always leave feeling heard, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful to have found them and would warmly recommend both Lexi and Erin to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate care.
My experiences with Dr. Lewis and his team were A+. Rebecca is the best receptionist/front desk person I have EVER had the pleasure of interacting with. Dr. Lewis was down-to-earth and took the time to answer my questions. Great bedside manners. He wasn't stuck up like most doctors. The nurses were so friendly. I have never had a doctor call me in the afternoon of the procedure to check on me. I am very pleased with this side of the Eastern Dermatology team
Dr. Lewis and supporting staff is second to none. The whole staff went over and beyond in making my surgery experience as comfortable as possible. At my age, I have been around the block a couple of times and to say they are exceptional is saying something. And if that wasn't enough, they gave me Dr. Lewis personal cell number if I need anything after hours. Who does that?? Dr. Lewis at Eastern Dermatology and Pathology. Highly recommend them; of course, I hope I don't need their service anymore
