Eastern Dermatology And Pathology provides medical services with mixed results. While some patients have been pleased, others have experienced difficulties in getting answers or returning calls. The waiting area's temperature is often kept low, leaving patients feeling cold. However, some staff members are thorough, friendly, and attentive, taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. Dr. Hutchinson and her staff is absolutely amazing, taking time to listen to your concerns and offers very professional advice and care. Dr. Proctor and Cassie are an exceedingly professional and relatable team, attentive to concerns and take the time to answer all questions. Their patient care is outstanding. Erin Hurd, NP and her assistant were always attentive to needs and concerns and their friendly demeanor made patients feel comfortable and at ease, making the experience as comfortable as possible and making patients feel reassured and confident in their care.
I saw Valarie Knight PA and was so pleased with my experience! She took a good while with me and thoroughly explained everything in detail. I truly felt like she cared. I highly recommend this facility and Ms. knight. Everyone was very nice from the receptionist, nurse, and all that I met.
Dr Richard Lewis and his staff in the MOHS surgery center are excellent. Care is great, surgery and follow-up are the best. They are all very friendly, thorough, and technically very skilled. I highly recommend this practice for skin cancer removal and care.
I was scheduled in May to get MOHS surgery but was also on the cancellation list. I was actually running another errand and they said if you come in right now somebody canceled. And so I did and Dr. Proctor and Brittany did an excellent job. I just took my bandage off after two days and you can barely see it.
