I called Sabreen of Brow Edge by Sabreen on a Thursday afternoon after a quick search for facials in the Greenville area. She immediately answered the phone and kindly offered me a slot the following day for a facial appointment. When I arrived to the facility 15 minutes early, she was on time and ready to see me immediately. Given the urgency for which I felt I needed my skin tended to, this was so important for me. I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment from start to finish. Sabreen welcomed me in with a friendly smile. She took a look at my skin and helped me determine my skin type (oily, dry, combination), telling me the pros and cons on this type and what products are best suited for me. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. My skin needed a lot of work, and though I was embarrassed, she made me feel comfortable and reassured the entire time. She took careful care of all areas of my face and added on additional products that would be most suitable for me. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. Sabreen did an outstanding job. From start to finish it was flawless. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing. I already booked my appointment for next month, and I highly recommend you do the same. *ECU students get a special on their first service, $55 for an hour facial (and I know Sabreen even spent more time on me than that!) *
