This was by far the easiest and most pleasant mortgage experience I've ever had. The touchless process was easy and awesome. They provided a custom "newsletter/checklist" every week to show the progress of he loan process and provided commentary if there were any delays or any further information needed. Dylan was very responsive any time I had questions as well.
