Great school and great people. I've trained for 7 years and this is one of the safest academy's I've ever been to. Jay is a great coach and really cares about his students. I made so many great friends there! If you are in town, PLEASE check it out. You won't regret it!

If you have plans of becoming a martial arts athlete or competitor, you can't pick a better place to start at, or even further discover your journey at. People of all ages and backgrounds come together to one gym under one roof where we all practice and grow and realize we aren't all that different in the end. Some are stellar competitors, lifelong athletes, some are hobbyists, others are somewhere in between. But you'll learn quickly everyone shares similar goals and just want to help each other grow. The Best Jiu Jitsu around ! Jay is a friendly, knowledgeable, experienced instructor! They are family friendly! Me and my two kids love it here! I wouldn't go or take them anywhere else!
