It's been almost a year since my visit. Without going into a lot of detail, I will only say the overall experience was disappointing & not what I hoped for or expected, based on my Instagram following/views. I rushed to be on time for my appointment, only to have to wait 45 minutes for the Stylist to get started. The hair quality is very good, & paying for it was NOT an issue for me, but it's overpriced. I got a Sew-in leave out, for my Wedding, & the leave out section/my hair was a hot mess, frizzy. I was later advised by the stylist to "go buy a leave out cover up at a beauty supply store to fix it, for about $100". Thank God my Daughter was able to help me style my...read full review

Brandi Raley is friendly and professional. She provides you with great quality and exceptional service. I have been client since 2014. She provides the best quality and authentic hair bundles. Driving from VA to Concord, NC is definitely worth it. I highly recommend Brandi for your haircare needs!

I have to give a S/O to my girl Parrish!!! I am fully natural and I have never had a blowout like the one I had yesterday . She was very friendly , knowledgeable, and the service was great . I finally found my hairstylist . I sat in the chair in disbelief after she was done because no one had ever blown my hair out that good . I would love to keep her all to myself
