While I can’t speak on every nail tech there, I can speak on how great Kat is. I walked in there last year, and she was the only tech available, she had my nails looking EXACTLY how I envisioned, and sometimes even better🤭here we are a year later, and no one touches these nails but her, and she’s also great with doing kids nails!💅
A little pricey, $$$ but worth it. The lady did an amazing job, wish I could remember her name. My daughter absolutely loves her beautiful nails. We got there a little last minute but they took us anyway despite not having an appointment and having other customers. She took her time and did not rush us at all despite finishing a little past closing.
They do a good job with nail shape and execution. However, when I left last night I informed them that the color I asked for is not what I got. They said come back in the morning at 9am and we will fix it and make it look like the one you picked out. I show up at 845. Wait for 9 and I still hadn’t seen anyone come in or turn on the open sign. Around 905 I called. They said oh can you wait until 930, running late, I said I specifically told you guys that it would have to be at 9am because of my work schedule.
