My regular vet was out of town and his clinic was closed when my emergency happened with my Australian Shepherd on a Saturday but Eastern Shore Animal Hospital's staff were so friendly and did not hesitate to let me bring her in for them to examine. The clinic was so nice and all the staff and the vet was so polite, professional and concerned and took excellent care of her.
Unfortunately our dog got severe hot spots while we were on vacation. Once we realized how bad they were I called the closest vet. They didn’t have any openings and recommended here. When I called it was very confusing because there were two people talking to me at once and they’d both say stuff at the same time, then be talking to each other.
Once we arrived though everyone was extremely nice and friendly. They saw us right away and took great care of our dog. We were there about an hour. Great service and caring staff. They do a very good job and the assistants were very professional and had great follow up and explained everything in detail. I wish we had more business run like eastern Shore Animal hospital.
