Lowes contracts Caesarstone who contracts JC Countertops. This is for JC COUNTERTOPS ONLY. We went to pick up the slabs at Caesarstone, who sent the incorrect inferior slabs to JC.
JC handled the problem with grace, and we got a beautiful result the second time. The measurer and Carlos the owner did a fantastic job. I would use them directly, NEVER through Lowes or Caesarstone.
