This business deserves better ratings, speaking from personal experience. I've used their services 5 times within the last year. They've done my basic dry cleaning, hemmed pants, and even removed awful stains from an expensive pair that I felt impossible to remedy. Very reasonably priced and usually takes 7-10 days.

I've been going to Crystal Cleaners since I moved to the area and have had a consistently great experience. The staff is pleasant and focused on their work, which I appreciate — no time wasted on small talk. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of their work is excellent. I drop off 10-12 dress shirts every week and have never had any issues.

They have always done a good job on our laundry and dry cleaning and seem knowledgeable about fabrics. Until recently, they had amazing alteration services, but that seems to have changed. The alteration person is rarely in the store, and if not, they will not take your clothing, even if it's a simple job that does not have to be marked. They just tell you to call and see when she will be in. I'm sad about that because, like I said, they have done an amazing job on alterations in the past.
