I had eye surgery ready and everything was phenomenal. Julia from pre op (I think it was called peri-anesthesia) was AMAZING. She made me so comfortable and made sure I wasn’t afraid. Her bedside manner is perfect. Everyone in peri-anesthesia was so nice. The hospital was clean and the technology was so cool (like the little tube fan that goes in the gown). I would 100% recommend this hospital.
I would just like to take a minute to tell you all about the visit to the ER I had today. I was so incredibly anxious but the staff there were phenomenally epic. From the registration guy who i think could tell i was anxious and answered my questions with true empathy and patience, the triage guy who was so friendly and understanding and my nurse Jordan and the PA Caitlyn. I well and truly felt taken care of. The lady who took my info on her little cart and talked to me about billing was also the sweetest and so helpful. Honestly I will tell you, this was one of my most positive visits to an ER in my life. Thank you all so much! I would recommend this place to everyone!?
The staff in preanethesia testing are phenomenal. They were gentle, answered all my questions. Both of my nurses from preop testing and throughout my biopsy procedure were fabulous. They were so personable and understanding. I recommend Wayne UNC. I'm pleased w the care I received. ?
