The Medstat Center provides excellent services, with staff who care about patients' well-being and encourage them to take proper care of themselves. The urgent care center offers quick and effective treatment, with kind and understanding staff. Doctors are empathetic, helpful, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help patients recover. Customers appreciate the exceptional customer service, professionalism, and satisfaction they receive during their visits.
Dr Lee and her father before her are my Dr's. I have always had great services and I have been royally fussed at if I didn't follow my treatments. They care enough tell you to take proper care of yourself.
I went to 2 other urgent cares In goldsboro when I needed urgent care. one place made me schedule an appointment for 3 hours later and the other was so packed I had to leave to seek more immediate help. I don't have insurance so the ER is not an option for me. I was in horrible pain and needed to see a doctor quickly. The staff here were great. Very kind and understanding. The doctor (I wish I got her name) was empathetic, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in my opinion to help me get well. I really appreciate the care I got here.
I woke up with a fever, and immediately went to Fast Med.I was greeted with,Excellent customer service.PA, Corey, went above and beyond with a professional introductory.I am very satisfied with my visit today.Chelsea, was phenomenal.Absolute professionalism.Thank you!
