I called for a tow and even though he couldn’t come because of some type of issue Michael gave me another person to call. He then called me back to be sure I was getting picked up. Then he asked me to let him know I made it home safely. I was very scared because it was getting dark and had my daughter and I thought it was very kind of him to make sure I was taken care of. Mike was amazing, saw me stopped on his way to another call, swung by on his way back to check if I was there and sure enough he stopped came up and asked if I needed assistance.
