Quick to respond. Cody came out and took care of our problem quickly and gave some good recommendations for the future. As far of prices go, nobody likes those. I recommend Keen Plumbing for your plumbing problems.
The 2 guys that were sent out after I came home from hospital were just as sweet and funny. Lifted my spirits. I have been blessed by using their service. 200% in my book. They did an awesome job.
When I came home this afternoon I realized my hot water heater was leaking. I called Keen Plumbing and explained my problem. The nice lady said they had a waiting list and with the weather she wasn’t really sure when they would be. able to come out. Of course I wanted to be on their waiting list. She told me to cut the water off to the water heater….well I looked like a deer in headlights. She said she would get John to stop by and cut it off for me. John did come out and cut off the water heater but also shared some more valuable information with me. He said he wasn’t sure when they could get to it because #1 they were really backed up #2 short of help and then #3 the weather. He wasn’t sure if they would be able to work tomorrow. I told him how much I appreciated him coming to help me and that I understood so just get me on your list. Within the hour the young lady from the office called and said if it was ok she had 2 men picking up a hot water heater and would be here soon. Cody and the other gentleman was so professional and neat and within no time at all had a new water heater installed. Thank you everyone! You went above and beyond.🙌🙌 Dianne Blake
