Handled a bad situation in the most professional matter. I took my iPad Pro in for a screen replacement and an internal fuse blew while under repair. They sent it off to a repair facility and gave me updates throughout the process. It took longer than expected but the owner apologized and handled it fantasticly. They even installed the screen protector I purchased for free for the hassle. Would recommend this store to anyone!
Had an iPhone screen replaced. Price is comparable to the competitors. The gentleman working there we're super nice and took the time to explain the process. They took about an hour and had the phone back quickly! Highly recommended ?
