In need of a trailer, I found through a quick google search, Hawkins Service Center, a certified U-Haul rental agency. I clicked on their website, and it was a bit outdated and poorly maintained, but I gave them a shot, and I'm sure glad I did. Upon my arrival, two friendly gentlemen greeted me and my girlfriend. They got me along with the rental process and making due process to ensure I had a "road ready" trailer. Some might overlook the small service these men provide, but a good customer service interaction like this makes me appreciate the awesome small businesses like this one.
