Wasted a total amount of 1 hour waiting for a uHaul and was told to park the trailer back in one place only to be told to move it again. Ridiculous amount of time wasted, and rude customer service. Never again.

In need of a trailer, I found through a quick google search, Hawkins Service Center, a certified U-Haul rental agency. I clicked on their website, and it was a bit outdated and poorly maintained, but I gave them a shot, and I'm sure glad I did. Upon my arrival, two friendly gentlemen greeted me and my girlfriend. They got me along with the rental process and making due process to ensure I had a "road ready" trailer. Some might overlook the small service these men provide, but a good customer service interaction like this makes me appreciate the awesome small businesses like this one. Keep supporting the small guy! Try out Hawkins Service Center for your auto service needs or if you just need a U-Haul for a day. Support this great small town gem that has served the Goldsboro area since the 70's!
