I have used Eyemart Express for several years. I started for the price but I continue for their outstanding service. Nancy, Emma and the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in your selection and after the sale they are still happy to replace pads or readjust your frames and give your glasses a good cleaning. They have always accommodated me with whatever I needed and in a very personable way. People buy from people and as long as the Goldsboro team is in place, that’s my only place to shop for eyewear!
I had a wonderful first-time experience at Eyemart Express! Staff were knowledgeable, kind, and thorough to explain options. I got B1G1 glasses for new customers, and both pairs were ready in 1 hour!! Been wearing glasses for 22 years but I will be coming here for all my glasses from now on. Very affordable and quality glasses!
They had great customer service and had both pairs ready within 15mins after leaving… I was told about 30 mins to an hour but took way less time to prepare.. will definitely refer everyone I know to Eyemart Express.
