I had an eye exam 2 months ago.Medicaid paid still have not received my glasses!! They are saying it's because Medicaid dosent have enough help or whoever.Idk but I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I have been with community eye care a few years. 3 weeks ago I placed an order for my daily contacts, I called today to ask them to email or fax me a copy of the receipt as FSA is requiring verification. I was told they were not set up to email or fax me a copy of my receipt. I was told I could come by and get one. When I informed her that I work an hour away and don't get back in town until 8pm. She states they work through lunch (like how does that even help me). What business in 2024 doesn't use technology and unable to accommodate their patience. Needless to say, I will not be returning!. First impressions mean everything especially when it comes to choosing a medical service that you will continue to need. After my first appointment with Community Eye Care I decided this facility was not the care I was looking for. First impression was they were really expensive. I have been getting contacts for almost 20 years and I never been charged a separate examination fee for those with astigmatism (usually it’s just one set fee for anyone needing contacts and it was almost $200 but who knows it maybe a new thing.
