The absolute worst eye exam ever. First of all the office is nasty! I don't think it's been cleaned in months. Next i had to wait a while before I was seen. It wasn't because they were busy. The only people there was the receptionist, the doctor and me. Then when he finally came to the room I tried to ask him about a medicine I was on that my rheumatologist had prescribed that she said I needed to let him know about. He didn't want to hear it. He was in a rush and I have no idea why, we were still the only 3 people in the building. I had questions about my vision and of course he didn't have time for that either. The O.D was fairly nice—thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. However, I was disappointed by the service at the front desk. The receptionist was quite rude and unwelcoming both in person and on the phone, which made for a stressful start to the appointment. I highly recommend the doctor, but the front-desk experience needs improvement.

I went here and never got my glasses.It took months for Medicaid and it was not Medicaid it was them being very slow The doctor was nice that's it and it had spider webs in the window
