Professionalism, honesty, courteous, caring, dependability. From the office staff to the technicians and Thomas the branch manager this is what you can expect from them. Just bought my house and had Terminix do the termite inspection, also had them install a dehumidifier, termite stations and spraying the outside. Thomas came to my home and explained a detailed of what was as going to be done, the technician that came out were very knowledgeable and professional doing a phenomenal job and showed me pictures of the before and after and explained everything to me. I've used Terminix for years. They have always been knowledgeable and professional. Vince Petraglia just came by for my yearly inspection. He did an awesome job. I highly recommend Terminix. Another year has gone by and Johnathan came out today. Once again a perfect job. Thanks guys.
Terminex did the trick! After being with another pest control company for six months and having them come out every two weeks because they were not correcting the issue, it took Terminex coming out one time and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend Stephen was very professional and took care of her home.
