“I am very new with Ivy Rehab Physical. At this time I can only rate my initial appointment; which went well. Everyone was nice and professional. Priscilla greets you with a smile, she makes you feel like you’re in the right place, right from the beginning, she got me through what needed to be completed and on to the next step. Ashley and Jose ( a student) completed my first assessment session and gave me great information to prepare me for my upcoming surgery. I am looking forward to beginning my therapy and working with Ashley and /or other staff. I hope they’re ready for me…and I think that they are! Priscilla also got my future therapy sessions set up; it appears that she takes real good care of everyone. All of the staff present was friendly and professional. Great Job everyone.
