I have not been compensated my full check and I have been avoided and ignored! I am in disbelief of the timely manner of correcting errors and making sure the caregivers are properly paid.

My mom has a CNA that is suppose to come 7 days a week. If she gets someone 5 or 4 days a week is pushing it. When she is out the company doesn't send anything her place. My mom hasn't had someone in 4 days now.
