Jay and the technicians at Precise were top notch. Diagnosed my problem with my AC unit and made the necessary request for repair with my warranty company. Installation of the new unit was seamless. Would I use this company again, this is going to be the only company I use for anything HVAC. Thank all for being professional and providing excellent customer service.
Jay came out and fixed our AC while observing him work I noticed how much attention to detail he is when working. While taking he said he has been doing it for 20 years and I could tell as he was in and out in 15 mins and had the unit working!
I called them this morning and they fit me right in! Great service! Rodger was very thorough and had a diagnosis quickly. We will be using them again for any repairs and updates we need!
